I just had to take the time to tell you how much I think of Edee, my mom’s aide. She is so special to my mom and family, always goes the extra yard to please you and does her job so well. I can’t say enough (and you cannot have her back!). Seriously though, I love her to pieces.
I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the services and care given to my father by Vicky. Because my father is legally blind, he needs someone whom he can trust. She is that person. Vicky is friendly to all members of our family, and goes out of her way to keep us informed concerning my father’s needs and condition.
I would like to comment on the extraordinary capabilities and the wonderful attitude of your aide, Mercedes. She is dedicated, hardworking and conscientious. We have found your agency to be highly professional in every aspect.
We want to express how grateful we are to have Ena as our aide. Not only does she do a great job caring for our Mom, but she goes above and beyond what is expected of her! It gives our family comfort knowing Ena is with our Mom taking such good care of her each and every day.
I absolutely love Carol, she is the aide I would want to come to my house full time. She is absolutely wonderful, we can't wait to have her back next week.
From the day Mercy began caring for my parents she demonstrated her competence. My husband and I were able to go to work with clear heads, knowing that mom and dad were in the best of care. What she has done for my parents deserves both thanks and recognition. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
I had never sustained an injury like the surgery I just underwent for my right foot. Following my foot surgery, I was totally non weight bearing for about 5 weeks. I was first sent to rehab then home. Marlena has come about 6 times to help me with the shower and some other ADL’s. Thank you for sending her my way. She has really helped with my recovery.
I called on a Friday around 4pm looking for a person to help my mother when she returned home from the hospital. Scott from Utopia updated me over the weekend and had a wonderful aid for her when she arrived home on Monday. All weekend he took my calls as I tried to determine her needs and time to start. Amazing service. I am so grateful for the help and extra effort they gave me.
